In addition, we co-organize a panel discussion with Prof. Roberta Hawkins on Nov 13th, 13.30-15.30, entitled “Transforming the University!? Yes, but how?<https://www.uibk.ac.at/de/geschlechterforschung/veranstaltungen/2024/transforming-universities/>”, which is based on her recently published book “Higher Expectations<https://www.abebooks.com/9781771136594/Higher-Expectations-Survive-Academia-Better-1771136596/plp>” to discuss strategies and changes we need to tackle in order to make academic spaces more equitable for all and transform the university as it is. Find more details about the panel in the flyer attached.

You see, there are plenty of reasons to visit us here in Innsbruck besides the splendid mountain views.

Cheers,
Elisabeth
